Thomas Cain stands behind the quality of the products we manufacture. If for any reason your instrument is not operating to the level of the specifications that we provided then we are dedicated to resolving the problem.
If we are unable to help you with your service issues over the phone then we will send a factory trained technician to your facility in order to get the instrument up and running.
Instruments come standard with a one-year manufacturer warranty. Extended
warranty contracts are also available for purchase. While under warranty
these services will be provided for no additional fee. After the warranty
has expired we will offer these services for a nominal fee.
